Mokuroku Martial Arts Society, formerly Bestia Martial Arts, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have been active in New Braunfels for the past nine years. Our mission is to make martial arts affordable to the community.  Our schools goal is the development of character and self-esteem. However, this can only be achieved by offering affordable martial arts programs. The programs offered at Mokuroku Martial Arts Society help to empower students to leadership roles in the community. By fostering volunteerism within our program and the community we are building strong individuals and stronger families.

Danzan Ryu, also know as Hawaiian Jiu Jitsu, is a well rounded marital art founded by Professor Seishiro "Henry" Okazaki in Hawaii in 1927. Prof. Okazaki began his study in the martial arts in Japanese Judo, and this is the foundation of Danzan Ryu. He later went on to travel the world learning Hawaiian Lua, American wrestling, boxing, and escrima among others. He added elements from all that he had learned into his own system of jiu jitsu.
